Today we'll meet up live in the 'sewing room' for a show and tell - share your materials and the pattern that you have chosen to sew! We are excited about working on something together and seeing what fabric and colors you have chosen. See you at 1pm MST here!

  2. Time to grab your supplies for the upcoming Table Tinsel sewing event! https://www.iaquilters.com/table-tinsel/ is where you'll find info on the projects and get your materials list. We want you to be sewing during the sew days, not collecting fabric and shopping. You'll have a bit of time to get things together - the first sew day is the 28th of January! See you then!

  3. Quilt Details: Size: 80″ X 90″ OR 47″ X 57″ Every month you’ll be sewing up a couple blocks, sometimes 4 or more at a time. We’ll sew our selves to the outer border, starting with the friendship stars circle in the center. There are two options for size! You can sew up the larger quilt or a smaller, wall hanging size. Each has their advantages- larger blocks, a little easier to sew or smaller size- but the blocks are smaller to sew.

  8. Love quilting in all it’s aspects. Biggest goal, is to finish projects before letting another start. If I’m not physically working on a quilt, I’m usually reading a quilt book whether techniques, styles or fiction.

  10. Total of 10 different quilt blocks- all sewn with improv in mind. There will be a supply list for the quilt, but not for each individual blocks. You’ll be exploring playing with fabric, curves, colors, patterns and just having fun. It may start off a little difficult but the further you get into it, the more you’ll relax and enjoy the process.
